things I miss in 2021

Impromptu nights around a fire pit
Eating pussy
That last gulp of booze that puts you over the
confidence threshold to act like an idiot on the dance floor
Weekends going from nothing to something
Talking to girls in person, watching the ice
so common on their faces slowly melt away
Staying in and watching old movies by choice
instead of by default
Waking up next to somebody
Waking up with pain-free shoulders
The unspoken support of the guys next to you
in the weight room
Strolling aimlessly
Discovering a street/avenue you’ve never ventured
down before
Discovering a store that you can’t even tell
what it sells or how it stays open
Seeing the friends you only see when you’re drunk
Seeing the girls you only see when you’re drunk
Kissing a stranger
Being the last one to leave
and
All the memories
